How to Develop a Millionaire Mindset For Your Success in Network Marketing

In order to have massive success in your network marketing company, you will need to develop the mindset of a millionaire. People who are making five figures and multiple five figures a month have a millionaire mindset. They have developed that mindset way before making five figures a month. Their why is strong. They have set goals and have achieved those goals by following a game plan. They focus on one company while others jumped from company to company and stuck to one marketing method while others tried everything under the sun.

Having the mindset of a millionaire requires a strong commitment. You need to be thankful for what you have instead of what you don't have. For Example, you should be thankful that you have food, clothing, and shelter. So many people in the world don't have those things.

Too many people who have what they need to survive focus on what they don't have, get frustrated and end up getting nowhere. When you focus on what you have, you will be a happier person and will attract more abundance. If you have food, clothing and shelter, you have more abundance than most of the world.

Every morning, you should take time to write down five things you are thankful for and five goals that you want to achieve in your business. Writing these things down will help you to focus on what you have and what you want to achieve. It will reinforce what you are thankful for and lead you to more abundance.

It is also imperative to find out your WHY is, and put it on a piece of paper where you can see it every day. Your Why will always be different from other peoples' whys. Your why could be to become more financially independent, have a better lifestyle for your family, put your children through college, etc. Those things are what will motivate you to set goals and achieve those goals.

You should set both short-term and long term goals and action plans and deadlines to achieve those goals. Short-term goals should be goals that you want to achieve within 90 days. Long-term goals are goals that you will want to achieve within a year. An action plan should be made to achieve those goals and deadlines should be set so that you don't procrastinate taking action. Keep in mind that the goals that you set should be reasonable and attainable. You want to set a goal you know that is possible to accomplish.

When many people get started in network marketing, they tend to jump from company to company since they are hoping that the next company that they join will give them the success that they are looking for. This is a huge mistake since it is not the company that is causing them to struggle. It is them because they lack the skills and mindset necessary to have massive success. Instead of spending money to join another company, you should invest the money in education and training.

Finally you should use a marketing method that you feel you are good at and stick with it until you have become good at it. So many people will try one method and find that they are not getting the results they desire and move on to another method. They are spreading themselves thin and are not giving themselves a chance to learn how to master that method. If you stick with a method that you are comfortable with, you will eventually see results.

It's been a few weeks since you made your 2010 New Year's resolutions. There are many people who didn't set any resolutions or they've already given up on the them. After all, aren't they the same resolutions you make year after year? Get a better job, stop smoking, get out of debt, lose weight.

Well, this is the year to accomplish your financial resolutions. In order to do that, I know the best way is to build your own home based business. Actually, there are five good reasons why you should.

The Economy

The current economic recession is the first reason to build your own MLM business.

The last 2 years have been trying for many people. It seems every day we get more bad news about the economy. If you look at the signs of double digit unemployment, a growing trade deficit and an exploding national debt, it all says we are in a recession. But a recession is great news for those in network marketing.

This is because people want to discover a way to make more money. They are coming to the MLM industry because they are able to work a full time job while building their business part time to guarantee their financial future.

Being Your Own Boss

The next reason to start a network marketing business is being your own boss.

No one wants someone telling them when they have to be at work. Telling them how much they are worth. When you can take vacation. Telling them they can't stay home with their kids. Or if they can advance with the company. But that is precisely what happens if you work for someone else.

When you are your own boss, you can set your own hours. Give yourself a raise anytime you like just by working a little harder. You schedule your own vacations for whenever you want. You can stay home with your kids. When you are your own boss, you are creating time freedom for yourself. This freedom, to be in control of your own schedule, allows you to be more attentive to what is most important to you.

And after all, hasn't it always been the American dream to be your own boss!

Create Financial Security

The third reason to be a home business owner is to establish financial security.

What did Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, Hearst, and Johnson all have in common? They created generational wealth during an economic decline. They pulled themselves up by the bootstraps, while those around them were waiting on a handout (a bailout is what we call it today). With the proper time and effort, the same opportunity for massive success is available today.

What is generational wealth? Generational wealth is the money and things of value that you pass on to your heirs. It is the foundation of a family legacy.

The great thing about most network marketing businesses is that the business can be willed up to three generations. That means, as you are building your business and securing your financial freedom today, you are also developing a way to provide security for your family tomorrow.

Taxes are the next reason to build your own home business.

The tax benefits are one of the most important things about owning a network marketing business but often the most overlooked. Are you aware there are over 150 legitimate home business tax deductions under the current tax code? That means you can deduct almost every expenditure you have in building your business. You just have to show an intent to make a profit by building your business at least 15 hours a week. (And who isn't able to make a profit by really working your business?)

The Internet

The final reason I think you should build a home based business in 2010 is the internet.

It has never been easier to market your business than with the internet.The best thing is even a novice can learn how to market online. There are some excellent training programs out there that won't cost you an arm and a leg (By the way, training and education expenses are tax deductible).

Most network marketing companies today have some way of marketing online, although most people don't take full advantage of it. To be really successful, you want to take advantage of the internet by branding yourself using SEO (search engine optimization) techniques and Web 2.0 strategies. These techniques are easy to learn. You also want to find someone who is having success using the internet and utilize them as a mentor.

The great thing about the internet is there are various ways you can market for free. You don't have to use every single one of them. However, if you become adept in just a a small number of them, you can earn yourself a very handsome living for your efforts.

Another good thing about marketing your business on the internet is that you can leverage your time and efforts. With traditional marketing techniques, you have to continuously perform the same action in order to generate leads. But with online marketing, your original marketing effort is still working long after you perform the action as long as you have done it correctly. So as you continue to market online, your efforts are being compounded.
